  I want to know why this store location is only opened on Monday all the sudden?! I have mail delivered here weekly and I kept getting notifications that my packages failed to be delivered twice in a row! I go look at the business hours on Google maps and that's when I learned they've been closed all week, not by anyone from UPS giving me a heads up.

  Customer service and website are arguably the worst I've seen with any company. Two people I talked to, obviously English is their second language and props to them, but when you can't understand 3/4 of what they say. That's a problem. Then you ask to talk to someone else and they allege they are all busy so that's not possible. I've worked in customer service for over 30 years and find this offensive. A monopoly, not technically ,but I have no control over who delivers packages to me, like UPS and you can't have people available to help. And restrictions randomly showed up on 1 box from Nike, but not on the other box in the same order. Something isn't right and they have 100% of the control. I would opt away from UPS every chance I got, if I had a choice.

  Ups was to pick to pick up a return to Home Depot. They didn’t bother to ring the bell, just left a note that they had stopped. When I called this number to have them return to actually pick up the item, this number said they were not customer service and refused to assist.

  Went here twice for fingerprints, first time was told I also have to make an appointment with UPS not just the fingerprinting company I went through (this policy was posted no where digitally or physical). Second time I went the technician couldn’t get fingerprints to work, now I am out the money I paid for the service, and have to find somewhere else to go (they were only place offered within 50 mile radius). I have been fingerprinted for jobs in 3 different states and never had an issue until going here. Don’t bother going here for fingerprinting and wouldn’t recommend other services either if they are anything like their ability to capture fingerprints.
