  Pretty bad experience with the print department at Staples yesterday. I went there to use the self-service machines but the one functioning one was in use, so I just went up to the counter. Quickly realized I should have waited, or just done the simple job at home. The employee charged me extra for every conceivable thing without asking. A $35 charge for "express guarantee". He printed my black and white document in color for no reason. Extra charge for stapling. I never said I wanted any of these things. He had an attitude and was unable to "hear me" when I was talking to him. I think he dimly sensed I was not happy so he scanned something to take 50% off my insanely huge total, to take it down to $80, to get me thinking I was getting a deal - but it obviously should have been about a $25-30 job. I don't usually write these sort of reviews, but holy moly, after a day I still can't forget about it. Thank you for reading this, I hope I can find somewhere else to do my printing in the future, than at Staples in Iowa City.

  Zach consistently helps us get all our Print & Marketing Executed for our Local Sports Lounge. He always goes the extra Mile for us- and we all truly appreciate it! The Print & Marketing Dept is fast, have great Rewards and the product come ls out looking amazing! He recently printed 2000 Takeout Menus, Rewards Cards, Menus, Review Cards and more.
