I didn’t care as much about waiting in a long line to ship a package out, but the service an employee gave me was terrible. She was able to do almost the whole process but rejected to accept the package because “the postage was unpaid for”. Clearly when she pointed on the postage label, it said that the postage was actually already paid for. It made me look embarrassing in front of that long line when she didn’t take it but I decided to drop it off in the collection box later that day and the tracking app said that it was accepted. I hope they put in a self-service kiosk because that experience was literally just a waste of my time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our mail carrier is the rudest most miserable person. We literally saw him sit in front of our mailboxes and then drive off because the snow was not completely cleared from when the city came through. Once we double checked to make sure he did not leave mail, we asked him for our mail and confronted his laziness. Was a complete jerk. I wish he would find another profession, he’s obviously miserable.
