Instead they “leave a notice” and I have to wait yet another day on an already late package. I never requested for my signature. They just take it upon themselves and do what they please. Use UPS, FedEx, DHL. Literally anything else. Unless you want late packages. And supposed notices that are no where to be found in or around my mailbox or doorway. Way to lie to a paying customer.

I was willing to pay for the shipping cost but not the over charge of over night . They told it's just to bad . No refund at all .
