- DFDustan FogleMay 28, 20241.0I had to ship some items today and I didn’t have them boxed up so I put them on the counter to ask for help and a woman came up and basically told me everything need to be in a box before I come there. But it’s how she told is me why I’m giving a poor review. Very poor Customer Service treated me rudely and abruptly almost angrily.. You guys need to work on your Customer Service you should also fix your door. I couldn’t even pull it open. Post office independence Iowa post office.
