I have called and complained several times and nothing has been taken care of...the wrong mail gets put in the wrong boxes here at the apartment complex and more than that people off of the highway a few miles out has even received our mail and brought it to us. Now here recently W2s have been getting into the wrong peoples hands and a lot of my residents are mad. Not sure if the whole town is this way but the guy doing ours needs to find a new job.
