- MJMarie JurgensenApr 20, 20211.0Would NEVER recommend this post office, especially if Pattie is working, she was incredibly RUDE, unprofessional, not helpful whatsoever. I would highly recommend driving to a different post office if you need to go to one.

When I spoke with people over the phone @ the post office for the 1st instance, I was told that the carrier delivered to the wrong business in Grimes and that the location had dropped the package back in the mail. That was end of September...filed the claim online and NOTHING was ever resolved...no package...nada. Now I have ANOTHER package supposedly delivered on December 23rd and it was not there. I highly doubt I'll get that package either. I've lost $100 due to there carelessness.
