They were supposed to deliver my item on Sunday and stated(via me using the tracking number) they left a note on front door due to nobody here. Not a big deal...except there was nothing on any of our doors. After being on hold for over an hour I ran out of time and didn’t get ahold of anyone. I proceeded to call the following day with multiple expected wait times of over an hour. Two days after it was supposed to be delivered my neighbor in formed me that my order had been put in his mailbox. Terrible customer service. I’d stay clear of sending or receiving anything through this store.
