- RCRavus CaelumDec 10, 20251.0As it turns out, when you point out to a postmaster here that they're literally, demonstrably not doing their job, they retaliate. Multiple outgoing shipments lost in transit, or stuck in delivery loops. Amber literally changed the delivery address on one of my packages to an address which didn't exist. Multiple incoming packages lost or torn open and their contents stolen. Packages returned to sender for no reason. Time sensitive packages which left Des Moines, were delivered to Gilbert, but which weren't scanned in or put in my mailbox for an additional six days. If your mail is important, take it to Ames. Deb was bad. Amber is worse.
