- CCCharlieBoyOct 31, 20231.0Horrible customer service. Could not find multiple letters and has delivered packages and letters to the wrong address on multiple occasions. When called to talk about what's going on recently I was treated horridly and no one seemed concerned about my missing important mail. When asked to speak to a supervisor they were even more disrespectful. Even if there wasn't anything to be done, any amount of concern about important letters being missing seems like it would have been appropriate rather then getting upset at me. I am terribly frustrated and simply want my mail to be delivered to my house.
