- RCRicardo CendánFeb 6, 20261.0It is a real lack of respect that my packages are not delivered in my mailbox, first they told me that they did not do it because of my truck that was parked stuck to the mailbox but it has been more than a week since I parked my truck I left the passage free so that they can leave my letters and parcels and they do not do so, they do not want to go down to leave the packages and take them back to the post office and everything work properly
- EEEliseMay 17, 20251.0Would make this zero stars if I could. Have lived in the same place for two years with the same mailbox. But they suddenly refuse to deliver mail because the mail box “isn’t secure”. The mail box has been the same since I’ve lived here and it is perfectly secure and can close and latch fine. 😑 When I go to pick up my mail now at the Post office, I am always polite and smiling, and they are always extremely rude and snippy in return.

Twice in the last 2 weeks I've been expecting an Amazon delivery & mail carrier notified Amazon that they couldn't deliver the packages because they couldn't find a safe place to leave it. Well considering the 1st time they were holding our mail due to our vacation & this time I put a note on the door saying, please leave package on unlocked inside porch. Guess the Post office nor my porch are considered secure????? Last year we had over 2 dozen days when mail wasn't delivered on our street. I gave up trying to ask why-always the same old BS story. If you want service don't send anything through this post office!!!!
