- JWjessa williamsApr 30, 20202.0I have been very unsatisfied with my experience in the past year or so. The woman who works their is polite however the lobby is not very clean nor does it smell nice anymore the garbage can is usually overflowing. My mail is either horribly torn and looks almost like itd been tampered with and my packages are not coming like they should or my magazines I think the last woman who ran it did a much better job not to be nasty just honest. How this post office and Sister Act got five stars on here is beyond me. Have you people heard of cleaning? Very unimpressed in Ames this wouldnt fly.
