They need to fire these incompetent people and hire some who will get out of the truck and deliver the mail. After all it is what they are paid to do. NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES ANYWHERE OTHER THAN ELDRIDGE.

My mother in laws gift was supposed to be delivered almost a month ago! i go in and ask where its at. and they said "its here but we just fired a girl and things are a mess right now. you should have in a couple days" i said ok. well 2 weeks have now gone by and i STILL do not have her christmas gift!!! Now i had another gift say it was delivered today and guess what. still not delivered! that is $200 in christmas gifts that said it was delivered but still do not have it!! BEYOND IRRITATED!!!!!

I remained outside. an alternate driver was the carrier today. i saw no package being delivered. someone steal it? Why did the carrier scan item showing it was placed into my mailbox? Who's mail box was it put into? I honestly believe the postal service hires folks with marginal reading skills. too many mistakes. No accountability of their staff, inattentiveness. Called Cedar Rapids, IowaI'd bet if we just stopped paying taxes, they'd jump on that with all their might. maybe time to invest in a mailbox from UPS THREE LETTERS EASIER TO READ, C'MON USPS GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, DO A RIDE ALONG WITH YOUR LETTER CARRIERS
