  Wow! I understand the frustration when there is a line, but the customer service from lead/manager by shouting out from behind the counter that the self-service kiosk isn’t working doesn’t exactly display ‘customer service’. Had they acknowledged that there was a glare, so the red line on the screen was unable to be seen from the door or simply placed a sign that says ‘out of order’ would have been met with appreciation versus the Monday morning scolding. Also, this same person was training a new employee…eek. Should have heard THAT condescending training; No one deserves to be treated less than. Let’s be better, yes?

  Running a business. We always used to get our packages AM anymore. It just received some packages Friday after 5 o'clock. just keeps getting worse and worse and worse. I call the number the drivers give me they just let it ring nobody answer.

  I WENT INTO THE UPS STORE TODAY ON 3/10/2026 TO DO A RETURN.THE MACY'S REPRESENTATIVE THAT I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE HANDLED MY CONCERN VERY WELL & WAS VERY HELPFUL! SO AS IM IN MY EMAIL TRYING TO SEND THE EMAIL TO theupsstorsstore.com. THE MANAGER TRACY WASN'T TRYING TO ASSIST ME AT ALL! I MENTIONED A COUPLE OF TIMES THAT I WAS HAVING TROUBLE & SHE TOTALLY IGNORED ME! THEN ANOTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY WAS STANDING NEARBY NAME JASMINE & I ASKED HER & SHE HELPED ME THOROUGHLY & I TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED & I ASKED HER THE LADIES NAME & SHE TOLD ME.

  The lady who works here on 2/9 opening the store, it's very rude and unhelpful. I went in to make an inquiry about a shipping service I found online. Instead of letting me finish talking because I was asking about flat rate shipping, she just said we are not the post office, you don't know what you're talking about. I advised her, I know you're not the Post Office. I found something online. She just rolled her eyes at me. Perhaps this store manager could train their employees better. It could be this location doesn't offer this service, and that is absolutely fine but when someone is asking a question, maybe treat them a little better.
