The mail carrier will walk right past my mailbox “that I put right down by the road to make it easier for them not climbing my steps”, and won’t pick up my outgoing mail! The response is “ it’s in my contact that if I don’t have mail for you I don’t have to stop” 😡 Same response from the annex! So what happens when they don’t deliver the mail when the USPS app tells me I have mail, and packages out for delivery, but get nothing?? It shows now that my packages went from Dubuque out for delivery to now in Cedar Rapids post office???????
