  Horrible! Waited outside for 10 minutes then inside for 20 minutes to pick up printing order. One person working at the printing/ Amazon return counter. They really should consider additional employees. Definitely disappointed in the lack of hours and ease of services at this location. Considering alternative printing options due to the ridiculous nature or time constraints on a marketing pick up.

  40 minutes in line to send a UPS package overnight. Signs all over the store stating they are the professionals for overnight shipping. Not any of 3 employees knew how to process the item. Took my package and left.

  I attempted to pick up an order that I had placed on staples.com two days ago. After 25 minutes and talking to three different team members at the store, no one could help me and I had to leave the store, call back and cancel the order. I won't be shopping here for any local needs anymore, I will be going to a store where their staff is trained and I can get a pickup order without standing in line for 25 minutes and walking out.

  The customer service department is VERY busy with returns. So far, every time I try to return something The line is almost to the front door. That's not an exaggeration. I don't know what the issue is there's always someone there working.

  The new business hours for Saturday, meaning not open at all -is not good. I was there last Saturday and 6 people were waiting to get in. I will be using USPS for my shipping needs.
