Said to come back after 1pm when her supervisor returned and it was 1:30pm at the time. Not happy at all especially since i have 3 little kids at home being watched so I could do this.

Informed that the usual passport agent is a flake and calls out all the time. Told to try any other USPS facility for passports.
- JJJustmeFeb 15, 20264.0Every time I have visited this USPS location, I have only been treated with respect. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The letters and packages I’ve mailed from this location have always reached the destination by the time given on the receipt. I haven't run into many long lines either. I’m usually in and out in less than 10-15 minutes except, of course the holidays. I appreciate the thankless jobs the postal workers do especially with the cuts and longer hours. The USPS company may not be around much longer with all the technology but I hope it doesn't happen. There's nothing better than receiving a card or package from someone you care about.

- WFWe FuDec 3, 20251.0People mail should be delivered by 1:30 I have two houses in different areas and my house in the other area mail comes at 12pm everyday with this area no one should ever have to wait for mail until 7pm that’s ridiculous.
