  The employees here are consistently rude and snap at me for arriving within 30 min of closing. For example, today I walked in at 4: 35p.m., and was told that they closed in 15 minutes and if there was still a line by 5:00 p.m. they would not help me. There was only one person in front of me. This is the third time this has happened, and I believe I have arrived during earlier hours and if there's ever a long line, the employees are incredibly rude and irritated. I get it, being short-staffed is unfair to those who work somewhere. And having occasional times where you lose your temper happens to even the best of us. But this has happened to me several times, and someone needs to address it. Hire more people, or happier people.

  Literalmente no quisieron enviar mi paquete internacional, 😂 cuando en otras ocasiones misma compañía el proceso es normal, sabían que era el contenido y bla bla bla, el señor que trabaja aquí es muy grosero, simplemente no quieren trabajar

  This is the rudest UPS store. The associate told me to leave and come back tomorrow and would not help/service me. Go to any location but this one. Would love to tell you his name but he refused it.

  Showed up 20 minutes before close and was unable to get a few color copies of a piece of paper. Printer apparently gets shut off well before close. You’d think printing were a basic competency of a store like this.
