Great, quick, friendly service on a packing, shipping & printing job. Exceptionally helpful & pleasant. Will definitely use their services again when I'm in the area. Probably would even go out of my way to do so.

Went in to ship simple paperwork, was going good at first. I was greeted and I greeted the employee working there back. A middle aged male with orange reddish hair. Anyways, I tell him I need to ship some paperwork and I have a label already. He proceeds to tell me to grab a folder from behind me. I do so, next thing he tells me if I have everything I can seal it up and put the label on the front of the mailer. This is my first time shipping a folder with a plastic piece where you would slide the label in so I begin to look at the plastic trying to figure out how to put the paper inside the plastic compartment. I fumble with the folder for minutes while he just looks at me obviously struggling to figure it out. I think maybe I did it wrong and proceed to open the mailer because I figured I must’ve prematurely sealed over the top of the plastic that must’ve been open so I could insert the paper label. This is when he finally speaks up and all he says is the opening is in the middle. I look and finally realize it is perforated and tear it open. Which then I try inserting the paper and struggle to do this also because I had the paper oriented the wrong way. I try for a minute then I ask, “Can I insert the paper in sideways?”, which he responds in a sarcastic way “well there is no other way it would fit… so I guess yeah.” His response and tone catches me off guard because he not only offered no help but also belittles me that I pause then give him my package and began to leave. Before I stepped completely out of the store I stopped because I no longer felt he was professional enough to handle any business I needed done and asked for his manager which he said there wasn’t any way I could speak with one. He seemed surprised I was asking him for one and I let him know before I left his customer service was trash and he needs to work on it and that I would find a way to contact a manager. All he responded was “I’m sorry you feel that way.” in an unbothered tone. I asked for my package back, left and headed to the fed ex downtown and spoke to a manager there. She was very nice and understanding and I wish I would have just went there from the beginning. I never got his name, but customer service is not his calling…
