- CCClara CarpenterJan 14, 20261.0I live near by Anderson Erickson and i just started a new job and just started getting my paychecks, the company i work for prefers their employees to have direct deposit, well i don't trust anything online due to ex boyfriend being a hacker, i have elected to have a paper check sent to were i live. We get paid on Wednesdays now i got my 1st check it was delivered that Saturday, well paycheck #2 i have not seen here today I'm supposed to be receiving paycheck #3, come to find out the person that delivers to my address is the brother of the person my ex is messing around with. there hasn't been any mail hold, no forwarding, nothing. I stopped the mail man and he tells me that he hasn't delivered any mail to my address in a while which is a lie because he'd just delivered mail to my address the prior day. Now this guy knows who i am and where i live, talk to him every time i see him, so why all the lies
- JJJazzy_0neOct 2, 20251.0This is the third time I have talked to someone at this post office about important mail that isn't junk mail being mailed to a different address other than mine. I am so sick of it. Train your employees the right way to deliver mail; if they can't listen, then they should not be there. These days, someone getting your mail that includes your SSN# can be life-changing for you. Now whoever the person was that said not at this address, and it was redelivered to me, I thank them for putting it back in their mailbox, and it was redelivered to me. I saw it on the informed delivery. I did not know where it was at, but I'm still reporting this. mailman again moving forward. Don't deserve any stars.
- NNNancyJun 28, 20222.0This location that services my area is terrible about mis-delivery. There is a E 16th ST and E 16th CT, Many times my mail gets delivered to wrong address. I've missed important mail due to this error. If I receive mail for another address, I put back in the mailbox for carrier to pick up. They're just not paying close attention to see if it's ST or CT. I called local office and no one answers the phone.

Apparently they required a signature, however, I only ordered a hat. Let me repeat. A HAT. Why would I need to sign for something like that? I've ordered immensely more valuable items from amazon and ebay and never had to sign. I thought this may of been a fluke until I read some of the other reviews of this particular post office and found others had the same issue. Be careful, y'all. Idk what these people are up to, but I'm sure it isn't good.
