- DJDayna JacksonOct 2, 20251.0This is the third time I have talked to someone at this post office about important mail that isn't junk mail being mailed to a different address other than mine. I am so sick of it. Train your employees the right way to deliver mail; if they can't listen, then they should not be there. These days, someone getting your mail that includes your SSN# can be life-changing for you. Now whoever the person was that said not at this address, and it was redelivered to me, I thank them for putting it back in their mailbox, and it was redelivered to me. I saw it on the informed delivery. I did not know where it was at, but I'm still reporting this. mailman again moving forward. Don't deserve any stars.

- NNNancyJun 28, 20222.0This location that services my area is terrible about mis-delivery. There is a E 16th ST and E 16th CT, Many times my mail gets delivered to wrong address. I've missed important mail due to this error. If I receive mail for another address, I put back in the mailbox for carrier to pick up. They're just not paying close attention to see if it's ST or CT. I called local office and no one answers the phone.
