  Horrible service by Leslie! I called in since my first package never got delivered merchant worked things out with me to resend me another order which she stated will require signature! My tracking information the USPS website says it is out for delivery from 12-15-1:15 I sent USPS drop off mail but didn’t get off with a package! Then I rechecked and the hours changed from 12:15 until 3:15! I called this office to see what is the issue! & leslie if thats even her name was rude and laughed when I was proving her the tracking information and my information. I asked for a manager and she said she stepped away which I know was a lie! Managers name she said is Lisa or Tammy! I kept asking to reassure if package will be delivered by the end of the day today and she kept on answering back like I was stupid! Rude customer service! She needs retraining! Still have no idea what happened to my second package let alone the first one that never got to me!

  Back in April I was expecting a check in the mail for $532. The mail person put it in the wrong box. I am now out the money as the other person cashed the check. I called the police and the other person told them they were expecting the check as well. So I'm out. Since then the mail person has decided to no longer deliver my mail. This is 6 months. During this time I was receiving treatment for cancer. Bills for treatment were being sent to me. Now all in collections. I had taken out an interest free credit card. When you don't get the bill to pay it all the interest gets tacked on. I applied for a Minnesota nurse's license for a job paying $2500 per week. I needed to fill some paperwork out and get it mailed back by 11/4. I never received the documents. At this point this mail person has cost me thousands of dollars and trashed my credit. I have asked for the mail commissioner to call me multiple times. I got no return calls.

  Literally the laziest postal carriers I have ever experienced. They find any reason to not deliver things, if they woke up on the wrong foot that day expect a delay in receiving a package. The job is not that hard.

  I can not exclaim how mad this post office makes me. On or about September 14th, 2025, I personally went in person to this post office and submitted a change of address. The white older male with Grey hair and glasses at the counter swiped my Iowa DL and said he put it in the system. He then told me that where I am forwarding my mail too I could not do a change of address from there, that I would have to call the post office and give them my new mailing address because it was considered a business. I said okay. According too the USPS Website they were to not deliver any mail to my former address starting the day I requested on the change of address form which was September 29th, 2025. Today is October 3rd, 2025 and my mail is still going to my old address. I called USPS national line to make sure the change of address went thru. According to the man I spoke with on the phone it was not processed. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he informed me they don't have supervisor's. I said really I want to speak to someone over you to him and he stated we have call leads, I stated I wanted to speak with them. A woman was put on the line and told me I had to wait 10days from my start date of the mail transfer before I could complain. I told her I don't live there anymore and that I am 80 miles south until next month when I leave for California for the winter. She stated that there is nothing they could do, to call back in 10 days or so. If I could give this post office a 0 star review I would.
