  wanted to charge me $4 for a swipe of tape and they were rude about it. this place is a joke and so is the lady running it.

  Literally every time I go to ship something there is an issue. Paid to have them package stuff and it’s always damaged. They want to charge $4 to tape a label to the box and have a sign hidden near the back that they point to explaining all this. Horrible location, avoid it if you can. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  This UPS location isn't for customers who look for a positive, professional experience. Five minutes prior to their posted hours, there was no sign of life inside the building. Fifteen minutes later, nothing. I wasted enough of my life waiting for this location to get its act together. They lost my business. I went elsewhere. Honestly, I don't know how this place stays open. - 5 stars
