This is the rudest UPS store. The associate told me to leave and come back tomorrow and would not help/service me. Go to any location but this one. Would love to tell you his name but he refused it.

Showed up 20 minutes before close and was unable to get a few color copies of a piece of paper. Printer apparently gets shut off well before close. You’d think printing were a basic competency of a store like this.

The customer service here is amazing. If anybody complains about the customer service, I would think that that’s a problem with the customer. I have never had anything but the best service and experience using this UPS Store. Thank you!
