    The team was prompt in delivering our dishwasher, very friendly, and professional. Installation was smooth and all materials from the old dishwasher and the packaging from the new were cleaned up and taken away. We are very satisfied with RXO delivery and would recommend them to others.

    I ordered a new TV from Samsung on Christmas eve. I knew it would take some time given the holidays, but my TV arrived at RXO's hub on December 30th. They have cancelled my delivery and installation twice in a row. Original install date was January 5, then moved to the 12th, now delayed until the 19th. I've gotten zero information about why the delivery is delayed. I've never received any time estimate. Because of "my distance from the hub" they only deliver to my area once per week. I live in Ames, and the TV is in Ankeny. My home is 25 minutes from the hub. This purchase has literally been the worst experience I have had since I've started buying things online more than 20 years ago. I've gone back to Samsung who points the finger at RXO, then RXO points the finger at Samsung. This is absolutely PATHETIC. Most of us don't have any say in how our products are delivered, and that is exactly why this company does whatever they want. This is absolutely ridiculous to the point where a class action lawsuit seems appropriate. Multiple reviews have mentioned this company stealing their merchandise and/or lying about picking up or attempting to deliver. How is this acceptable?

    I had an ikea delivery for a new sofa. The driver said to come down to the lobby of my apt since they would be there in 2 minutes. I go down to the lobby to wait, I see the truck pull up wait for about 10 minutes and then drive off. No attempt at coming to the entrance or anything to start the delivery. I then get on the phone and am talking to customer service only to find out that they claimed they tried calling multiple times when here (they did not) and also went to the entrance (which they also did not do, I was at the door the whole time). Not only did they not attempt to deliver they were supposed to wait 15 minutes before leaving. I hope IKEA looks into a new partner for deliveries it does not seem that this company is able to correctly complete orders.
