Evidently these guys didn't get the memo from their boss that customer service was a thing from the past. Their delivery should have been taped as a training video for all future employees!!

- KHkahara hunafaNov 6, 20255.0the delivery drivers were prompt, kind, and respectful! they let me know what step they were on during the entire time they were there. they even gave me some extra time to clean all the dust out from behind the old washer and dryer before they brought the new set in! if it weren't for these two and the customer service manager I spoke with twice yesterday to help me figure out the issue with my delivery date, I wouldn't even consider using this company again. the two delivery drivers and that customer service manager were the absolute best!
