This is the worst delivery experience I have EVER had.
RXO completely destroyed what should have been a simple delivery. I ordered three bookcases and a lamp from IKEA — it was supposed to arrive on April 10. Instead, RXO dragged me through a MONTH of delays, excuses, and straight-up lies.
April 10 became April 18. April 18 became April 22. April 22 became April 28. Every time, a new excuse. Every time, more false promises.
When April 28 finally came, they told me it would arrive between 8 AM and 2 PM — then called last minute to say "actually it'll be 4 PM" and that I should stay by my phone.
We waited. We stayed outside from 3:30 to 4:30. Nobody came. Nobody called.
I called RXO at 4:15 and was told my order was delivered. Really? Because we have security cameras covering every inch of our property — and not a single truck ever pulled in.
First they told me there was a delivery photo (there wasn't — it was just a picture of my stuff sitting in a warehouse).
Then they said they "never even had my items" in the first place.
Which is it?!
Delivered?
Sitting in a warehouse?
Never had them?
Even RXO has no idea what happened.
They lost my entire $300+ order.
Three bookcases and a lamp — GONE.
No apology. No accountability. Just hours of me getting bounced between RXO and IKEA customer service, trying to clean up their mess.
Now I have to wait until NEXT MONTH to get replacements for something that should have arrived FOUR WEEKS AGO.
RXO isn't just disorganized — they are catastrophically incompetent.
If you value your money, your time, your sanity, or your furniture, stay as far away from RXO as humanly possible.
I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a sandwich, let alone my furniture.
Absolutely disgraceful.

My LG order has been sitting at the pickup location since December 6th, waiting to be delivered to me, and offered no delivery date until December 31st. Then, the day before delivery, they canceled and are only offering January 28th as the next possible delivery date option. I am also skeptical of that date because of my poor experience so far. Expecting to wait almost 2 months for my order is unprofessional and unreasonable, especially with the uncertainty that they will even deliver on that promised date. All around, poor service.

Talked with RXO social media resolution, and they were able to hold the package for me to pick up 12/23 (instead of delivery). This was acceptable to me, as it got the package in my hands. Thanks!

Ikea chose RXO as the 3rd party last mile shipper for my packages. I was called earlier in the day with a new timeframe of 3:30pm.
I was home all day. Based on my cameras, they got to my house, stopped for 2 minutes, never got out, never called, never rang the doorbell.
I called the local number 2 minutes after getting the "can't deliver" email and got basically a "tough luck" from their dispatch. Heck, the truck was probably still in my neighborhood.
Disappointing.

Company is a joke. Was supposed to deliver on the 4th but called last minute to say it was going to be a week or longer. I asked where the shipment is so I could pick it up and they refuse to tell me where my property is.
Don't use them under any circumstance.
