My grandma was sending a package to Georgia for me and the woman working, took it upon herself, to change the zip code because she said it was wrong. The package never left Omaha because the zipcode did not match the city. This was in December. The package has yet to be located. My sons Christmas presents were in there. 300$+ is just gone.
