I have some very time sensitive, and content sensitive mail I really need to intercept before it is delivered to the old address. Unfortunately when I called in this morning I was offered no help, and rudely told (in my opion) that i will have to "just figure something out on my own". I work in customer service for a internet company and would never make a customer figure it out on their own. This is not what I expected of the post office, and now I do not know what to do.
