    I can’t believe how horrible this store Is. I returned something that didn’t work. I dropped of the product with everything required. I asked for a confirmation receipt to prove that I had dropped off the product at the Davenport store. The associate told me they no longer print out information that I will receive an email confirming the product was returned/ dropped off. I wasn’t very confident about that answer. I waited one day and never Received the confirmation email. I went back to the store the following day to explain the situation and it was a horrible experience so now I have to pay for something that I no longer have. I feel like they are scamming customers possibly stealing our products.

    The only reason I was at this location was for an Amazon return, and I really wish the employees would be more proactive about asking people who haven't even started their return through Amazon to step off to the side and get back in line when they're ready.. I know the employees have nowhere else to be but it really sucks getting stuck behind someone who didn't have the decency to come prepared and they're just fumbling through their phone while the line behind them is 20 people deep...

    Wanted to buy a printer,walked in looking for help,granted no one in the store,all employees just looking at me,no one asked if I needed help.just left,Maybe have people more helpful,between Staples and Best buy,I'll order from Amazon. You people are putting yourself out of business. I try to buy from brick and morter,but will not deal with unhelpful employees.

    I ordered a product on line for pickup in store. The item was ready for pickup in store in 30 minutes. The store associate had it ready to go. She was friendly and courteous. I will consider making other purchases this way.
