- THTam HangNov 5, 20255.0I recently scheduled a package pick up to my house. It was getting late but as I called they were able to assist me right away. The mail man came by right away and grabbed all my packages. They are also so kind to me when I drop of packages.

Then filled out an inquiry thru the usps web site. Got a case number but no response. Saw another package delivered so called twice and talked to the same person at Davenport. I was told it would be picked up and taken care of. It was not. Thank goodness my neighbor contacted me and picked up the mail. This is how my mail was delivered. This is UNACCEPTABLE!
