- TDToilet DuckyJan 5, 20261.0Was standing in line but it was full of people and I was in the back, I was in line before 5pm. I try to self service kiosk because it opened up to save time but it didn't work. I try to walk back in and this worthless nose ring worker locked me out saying she can't help me they are closed now right in my face. This behavior is disgusting and this person should be fired immediately. Will be calling to the main office to complain as well. Do not go here.

No way to request online either. Box fell off the wall. I guess this is the new mailbox location. On the floor right by the steps.

McCrackenAug 1, 20255.0I see a lot of negative comments on here regarding this location I must say that I've had a PO Box at this location for over 30 years and I've always found the people to be very nice and responsive on the few occasions where I had issues with mail delivered to my home address it's always been small issues. In the past I've had 3 packages delivered to my address that were for the same address but different street I've always just taken the package to the correct address and let the people know what happened, I've never considered it a big deal as there are occasions were people make mistakes in all types of business and getting upset or raging against them doesn't ever solve any problems. Sometimes we need to give the same amount of consideration to others that we ourselves would like. For those that don't know the Post Office has an application that can tell you when mail is due to be delivered to your address I've used it for several years it's great. The app. Is called USPS Informed Delivery.
