  I did a print service. I uploaded Valentines online it was extremely easy to do. The staff was kind & outgoing. I would 10/10 recommend 👌

  This is the second time I have been here to return one Amazon item. The last time was weekend and 25 people were in line. And 1 person working. So I came back today at 2:26 in the afternoon. Thinking line would be shorter! No 15 people in line. 1 person again working. I started a stop watch to see how long it took me to do my Amazon return. You signed a contract with Amazon - you are making a lot of money. And this is your customer service? I have been a staples customer for years! No longer. Will never shop here again! I will be going to UPS Moline. 2 self service stations. 3 people working! To be clear this is a management issue! The employees are doing the best they can!!? Total time to return 1 Amazon item at your store - 22 minutes 26 seconds! And 12 new people came in during that time! So this isn’t a fluke! This is consistent! Why isn’t there 2 stations! Plenty of employees walking around!

  If they're going to take on Amazon returns, they should first ensure that they are equipped for Amazon return volume. They have one individual on Amazon returns, with lines to the back of the store. It took me 25 minutes to get through the line. This is not the employee's fault, just poor personnel management.

  It is a joke now that they are the only one that does Amazon returns. Not only is it always full of Amazon return people with only One person doing it, today that was the same person who was checking out Staple customers so my wife had to wait all in line for the Amazon return for 45 minutes, getting there at opening, but then went to buy something and had to wait for the same person to check her out! Before she left there was at least 25 more people in line for Amazon returns. They need more than one person doing returns but when I was there a few weeks ago, the person coming on shift asked if she could start and help clear the line. They said no because management frowned on that! Really! They need to figure this out or just close! It has been like this EVERY time we go there.
