I have sent an envelope internationally using priority express from this location and paid 89$ it says 3-5 days online something over the counter.. but now it has been a week and 2 days which 9 days it is still in Ohio Cincinnati.. I don't know how to just get it back to send it using DHL.. I was expecting to be 7 days to be there but unfortunately bad experience I am just lost here don't know if I have to go all over and gather the documents and pay more to send it through DHL and never rely on usps .. they use regular mail while getting paid for priority express fee. Which is more than scam

The mail delivery at 200 S 21st Street. Sucks. I mailed two checks for paying bills in July 2025. One was mailed July 15, 2025 has not gotten to my Cox internet provider by Aug. 6, 2025. I am being charger a late payment fee.
Check number 2 was mailed July 21, 2025, payment was due Aug. 1, 2025. Payment has not been Received by Capital One and I am being charged 40.00 in late fees.
Because the Post Office delivery is so bad They owe my late fees. The Council Bluffs Postal Service on a scale 1-10 does not even rate a 1.

I absolutely dread visiting this post office because every visit takes 30+ minutes of waiting in line as they only have ever had one clerk helping the line.

Your postal service is starting to be an embarrassment. In the last 3 months I've had 4 different neighbors bring me my mail. Some which had been opened by mistake.
If I get mail in my box I could only assume its mine and don't need to look at names. Although a federal offense to open some else's mail, its your SOLE duty as postal services to make sure the proper mail gets to the proper address and can be liable upon these petty crimes for not doing so.
It is not my job to ensure your walking mailman or woman do the job. I get it its probable hot out and you want to get your routes done quickly. However so, my mail and others mail in a different mail box isn't noones business. Like my bank statements that ended up 4 doors down and "accidently opened by a neighbor".
Is it okay i come to your residence and look at your bank statements? If its not then its not okay my mail goes to another's residence.
This isn't the only ordeal. I have mail showing up at my own house that isn't living here. Im pretty sure you guys send papers requesting who lives at the residence when you realize someone new moved in. Perhaps you should resend those and file it in your system.
A mail service "snail mail" has been a thing for ever...... why are these simple mistakes becoming more then just simple.
How about a certified letter? The past 3 weeks it shows a certified letter has been attempted at my address. The name for the certified letter has never even lived at my address although is carried the same last name and is a relative. I've been home the entire time these "attempts" have happend including owning a 12 camera system 1 directed at the mailbox and front entry showing the mailman never even knocked or attempted to get a signature. Instead he placed a card on the window and left.
I think amd seeing some of the other comments shows this single method of mail needs improvement. Update your systems by sending another parchment out where we can state exact names of allowable mail to the address, ensure the federal crime of our mail entering the hands of another isn't disregarded anymore. These are very simple procedures not to mention policy.
