  Never plan to take my business here again. Walked in to drop off three Amazon packages all with prepaid shipping and the gentleman behind the counter tried charging me two dollars per package to print off a label. I know they’re printing services do not cost two dollars per page to print off and I’ve bent to other UPS stores and none of them have ever charged me an additional fee on top of a prepaid return from Amazon. Suspicious and will never go there again.

  Fast, helpful staff. It's easy to drop off pre-labeled packages. If you need boxes, shipping supplies, packing tape, or bubble wrap, they've got it. They also have mailboxes for local mail pick up. The guys I see working normally are friendly and always working hard to keep customers moving. The line has been long a few times but these guys are quick and efficient. Keep up the good work.

  Very rude they charge to print a label from a company who has paid for the return in order to return something which company is paying for ! A man working there told me it's $2.00 fee to print the label i got from my email & I didn't have money I didn't know that & I'm broke. He the worker said there not a charity case in front of other customers. I left. shame on this company worker

  I hate going to this location, but it is the closest one to my home. The next closest is a 40 min round trip. The employees act inconvenienced whenever they have to get up & assist a customer. They offer the least amount of assistance possible & have zero engagement/personality. Honestly, some vending machines provide a better customer experience.

  I rented a private mailbox at this UPS Store and the experience has been a complete disaster from day one. When I signed up, the employee had no idea what he was doing and had to keep asking the manager how to process the mailbox. I provided all the information normally required for USPS Form 1583, but nothing was printed and I was never asked to sign or notarize anything. When I asked about it, the employee said he did not know. After I paid, I was told there was no mailbox key available and that I should come back in a couple of days. I asked how I was supposed to receive mail in the meantime and was told to just ask an employee to check the box for me. When I asked if I needed to show ID, I was told “No, we will remember you.” That is a serious security and privacy problem. I had a package containing prescription medication shipped to this location by UPS. UPS shows confirmed delivery. When I went in to pick it up, the manager told me it was not delivered and that they have had problems with other deliveries too. When I asked what I should do, his response was a shoulder shrug and “call customer service,” followed by staring at me. No attempt was made to investigate, check logs, or help locate the package. It has now been four days since I paid for the mailbox and I still do not have a key. The manager now says it might be ready “maybe on Thursday next week.” This store is handling people’s mail, legal documents, and medications with zero accountability, no proper ID verification, and no chain of custody. That is unacceptable. I do not trust this location with anything important and I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
