Immediately he told her it would be 100.00 dollars. Then he “estimated” both boxes at 67.00 and they both ended up being over 80.00. The older gentleman kept trying to push her into shipping one or two days. I will ask for a price list for weight and size for now on when I go into this store and they better weight and measure my packages correctly. I will not be taken advantage of and I won’t have my 80 year old mother abused either!

I went back to see what could be done, it was a couple of hours after I dropped it off. Of course it was all ready picked up. They were so helpful, they called the hub in South Omaha and talked with a great person, Lisa. She called me later and said she had the package, I went and picked it up. They worked so well as a team, I was very impressed. When someone else could have said it's been shipped and they couldn't do anything. These two great guys and an awesome lady teamed up to get me my package back. Thank you UPS.
