- AJAlayna JuelApr 14, 20261.0i wish i could give zero stars. lady working straight up lied to my face about printing labels. i have had labels printed numerous times and there kiosks state they print labels. seems like she just didnt want to do her minimum wage job. was BEYOND rude to not only me but every other customer i heard her speak to and quite frankly probably just knew absolutely nothing about her job and just dismissed people so she didnt have to do anything.

I went to the post office to file a complaint and Manager Steven Bowe on cell phone video refused to take said complaint with dash cam video. Video was too long to put here. Was forced to call and jump through numerous hoops to finally file the complaint and submit the videos.

God forbid do you ever have to call Their direct line because they will just let it ring. If you have any concerns or you have lost the package, don't go there thinking they're gonna care. Because they don't.

- VPVera ParkerDec 29, 20253.0Long lines, and most staff have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Lines out of the foyer into the parking lot sometimes. Often there is only one team member working and the lines are unbelievably long. And then they have time to ask an old lady which book of stamps she would like and let her mull over half a dozen different stamp collections, while the rest of us are on the clock and need to get back to work. Some staff members have been outright rude and acted like our mere presence offended them. I only go there when I absolutely cannot avoid it.
