Long lines out the door. Only one person working usually and they are taking their time. Don't ever get mail forwarded to this place because they will mishandle it and lose it. God forbid do you ever have to call Their direct line because they will just let it ring. If you have any concerns or you have lost the package, don't go there thinking they're gonna care. Because they don't.

Long lines, and most staff have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Lines out of the foyer into the parking lot sometimes. Often there is only one team member working and the lines are unbelievably long. And then they have time to ask an old lady which book of stamps she would like and let her mull over half a dozen different stamp collections, while the rest of us are on the clock and need to get back to work. Some staff members have been outright rude and acted like our mere presence offended them. I only go there when I absolutely cannot avoid it.
