God forbid do you ever have to call Their direct line because they will just let it ring. If you have any concerns or you have lost the package, don't go there thinking they're gonna care. Because they don't.

Often there is only one team member working and the lines are unbelievably long. And then they have time to ask an old lady which book of stamps she would like and let her mull over half a dozen different stamp collections, while the rest of us are on the clock and need to get back to work. Some staff members have been outright rude and acted like our mere presence offended them. I only go there when I absolutely cannot avoid it.
