I was instructed by AT&T to return my Internet Air equipment to a UPS store which I did, promptly!
I chose this UPS store and left my equipment with them on October 2, 2025. Today is November 17, 2025 and the equipment still has not been returned according to AT&T. I’ve received multiple texts and emails from them telling me I will be charged $265 on December 1st if they do not have it by then. When I called the UPS store to check the status, I was told they would check to see if they still had it and if so, try to ship it out today. She also stated that they typically send these shipments every 2 weeks, but it depends on how many they have to return. I said, it’s been almost 2 months and I’ll be charged $265. She apologized again and said it will be shipped out today. I find this level of service totally unacceptable and I will NEVER use this UPS location again! I wish they would have informed me (on October 2nd) that it could take months for them to do their job! I definitely would have taken my equipment to another location where customer service isn’t a burden but rather a priority!!!

Horrible experience with the sassiest manager I have ever seen! She's a real treat! I had no idea a piece of tape for my amazon box would be $2 for literally a 2" piece of packing tape. Okay fine you charge for packing, and I didn't know, it is only $2. But to be sassy as heck while passing by with a snide comment and your back turned is beyond me. This is the worst fake customer service I hav ever experienced anywhere, and by a manager at that.
I have used this store many, many times and never will again. It is not worth it, it just isn't IT HAS CHANGED! STAY CLEAR unless you enjoy rude behavior from disgruntled managers. This store has gone down hill, and one can only assume it is because $2 means way more to her than it does to me. This behavior speaks volumes about either her pay rate, or this stores standards. Not worth going there, and I really wish I hadn't.

I stopped to drop off an Amazon return. It was neatly packed into the Amazon box and they scanned the code and printed the label. I was told they wouldn't accept the box as it needed a piece of tape on top but they would provide that for $2. I declined and said I would be back the next day. I went back with the piece of tape now on there. They said they couldn't accept it because the code had already been scanned. I told them they had done that the day before. I was asked to contact Amazon for the issue even though it was their fault. No apology was given and now I will have to go there for a 3rd time because of a small piece of tape.
