- KSKim ShadyOct 6, 20251.0It is very frustrating when mail for pickup isn’t picked up. These all need time stamped to avoid additional charges. I placed 3 articles in the mailbox to be picked up snd 2 were left behind. Should I get charged additional money for late payment, then I feel the post office should pay those charges. All of this reflects back on my credit. What happened to the “ reliable” postal service? Incompetent, is what I say.

- JDJoe DawesJul 23, 20251.0Absolutely the worst possible experience at the local Clinton Post Office. Our experience started with wanting to ship cakes- i know, not smart...but we didn't want to drive 5 hours to drop them off. The lady at the counter informed us priority would get our package there in 2 days, 3 at most. Our box was marked fragile and contained a styrofoam cooler. The clerk also stated insurance, knowing what we were shipping. 6 days later, no cakes. We went back to the post office, apparently the cakes went 5 hours past the delivery address and then just waited for a few days. The same clerk who talked to us about insurance was awfully quick to state that insurance does not cover perishables...something she did not offer to tell us before. The post master didn't understand the route the package took..but they all said we were SOL. The pictures are of the box and how the USPS treats fragile priority mail...everything was completely demolished. Take your business else where and save yourself money and time.
