Wouldn't recommend going here if you want to ship internationally. Or at least call and make sure Sally isn't working before going in. On top of my mother being flat out ignored when she asked for a bathroom, All the lady did was complain about how long it takes, acted like I was a nuisance, and subtle insulted me. I wanted (eventually did) to ship my wedding invites out to a country in Europe, as I am getting married there. I arrived at the post office around 40 minutes before close, since they were only open for 1 1/2 hours that day, and the second I said I needed to ship my package internationally, I was hit with a sigh, side eye, and a "you know you have to fill this paper out, right? It takes a long time." with an attitude. Finished filling the paper out in less than 3 minutes. It's simple, your name/address, receiver's name/address, your email, their email, and what the package contains. Basic information, if you have it on hand, it's like filling out a god damn school sheet. I got back in line for the lady to say "I need to help the other people behind you first because your stuff will take forever" okay, sure I understand this because it is quite time consuming. With comments to OTHER CUSTOMERS "I hope I'm not here after closing!" "I wish I didn't get out of bed today!" and to me, "I hope you're done before closing." Quick news flash, I was there 20 minutes after closing. Arrived there around 9:50, was finally helped around 10:20, left at 10:50. Then the complaining about not being able to find the receiver's zip code and heavy sighs only to find out it's because she didn't select the country. Asking me to accept the terms and conditions, I did but I had asked what it was for again because I always double check everything, the attitude to me and I was nothing but smiles and giggles trying to change this lady's mood, she said "To swear you won't LIE to them?" in the brattiest tone ever. I just felt very belittled the whole time and the energy in the building was very off. I didn't catch the other girls name, but she was super nice. She's younger and has blonde hair. Her customer service was amazing, and she was very calm and understanding. I get if you are having a bad day, or if you are tired, but to take it out on a customer because they are there to ship something at the post office, you know, where you ship stuff out at, it's really disrespectful. I have worked in customer service for many years and I will always defend a saying "If you do not want to be here, just don't come." You don't only make your customer's mood miserable, but your coworkers as well. Just be considerate, you are there for a maximum of 3 hours. I understand how hard it can be to work when you're having a bad day, but I also understand common courtesy. Sally, I hope your days get better sweetheart and you can learn to be a little nicer, or at least work on your not-so-obvious sarcasm <3 Maybe say it with a little smile next time instead of snarking at your customers will help :)

This office makes things unnecessarily difficult. I wouldn't recommend their services.
