The lady was extremely snippy and rude, she spoke to me as if I was stupid for asking and was an inconvenience to her. I was not rude, when she said if it was too big to carry they come back around in the truck, my only response was clarifying it was quiet small as it was just a dvd, then she got rude and defensive. Not impressed with the service.
