- GGGApr 3, 20261.0I have absolutely had it with this post office in Cedar Rapids. The carriers will place obvious medications in the snow, leave your mailbox open on rainy days, and after making a complaint about said medication being left in the snow they do it again. Tgey are trained per their codes to keep medications away from the elements meaning inside the mailbox if there is room which there always is. They cite it is because of subs. No. Every single person working for USPS should be trained on how to keep medications away from elements. Tonight the mail carrier could not apparently find my house that I've lived at for 8 years Then I called the post office and spoke to the manager who promised a new carrier would be out tonight. They have not showed. I did nit gwt a phone call saying it was now delayed until tomorrow. This is mismanagement. Im extremely frustrated and will be filing an OIG complaint.

Also, the representative had an attitude from the moment I arrived but I remained calm because I try my best to not go to the NE location but what can you do when that location delivers your mail and it’s important?!
