  These people work hard! We ship 10-15 packages out of this location a week and have always had a good experience.

  Lost my package was told to put in a claim and still haven't gotten any response about it. Staff was also rude when I brought in the package to be labeled and shipped. Edit: since I have no way to respond- I called last week when it didn't get to the person and was told to put in a claim. I put in the claim and am still waiting. Was told that the store wasn't large enough for it to still be there and that they pick up boxes daily.

  I just want to start this off by saying it doesn’t cost anything to be kind. I just dropped off a package at this store and was ignored when I came in the door so I didn’t know which person to go to. Neither of them looked up to acknowledge me. There wasn’t anyone in line and two people were working. I approach one of them and place my package with a prepaid label on the counter and tell her that it should be good to go. She replies with “‘maybe” and then proceeds to help the person behind me that had just walked in. I was left standing there unsure of what to do and shocked, honestly. Then she tells me to “move my package over” to the other person working. Please do better. No one deserves to be treated like that. I’ve had fine experiences at this store in the past but this was really bad.

  Unfortunately this store is notorious for long lines. Plan an extra 10 to 15 minutes. Even if you have a label on your package and don't need a receipt they require you to wait just for them to scan it. I asked the employee why they don't have a drop zone for people that need to drop and go and don't need a receipt (fed ex and even usps has this) and ups has drop boxes but if your box is too big you need to go into the store. The employee was rude when asked this question (acting like this is a constant question) and was told I need to wait to speak to the manager on this issue. I just let him know about the issue on Google reviews instead. This store is constantly understaffed and a drop area would really help cut this wait down. For now I just use FedEx and usps
