- KCKevin Corbett3 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible experience so far with HIBU. Not only have they repeatedly failed to meet delivery dates of product proof the design has been horrible. V1 of the website was designed by ChatGPT, or similar, (something they've admitted) and had many errors and things that were expressly against what was discussed and services our company doesn't offer. Then waited a month, after 2 promised delivery times were missed, only to receive a copy and paste of our current website but worse and with pages missing from what was discussed. Avoid them at all cost.

- LHLouden HFeb 11, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience with Hibu. Our rep completely stopped responding — we’ve called, texted, and emailed with no reply. They failed to transfer our website in time, which left our business without a website for several days. That is unacceptable for a company that charges what they charge. They are way too expensive for this level of service. It gets worse. When we called corporate to cancel due to the lack of communication and failed service, they claimed they don’t even have access to their manager’s phone number. While we were ON THE PHONE with them trying to cancel, they ran our card anyway for $1,300 Unprofessional, disorganized, and zero accountability. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere!
