- ASAnna Sully5 days ago1.0I went in to Mail a package that was about 8x8 and the Clerk said she would NOT let me use her Tape! She said " you can go he tape.it up & come back" or buy our Tape. I said the package has to go out today & by the time id come back you would be closed. And I didnt have money on me because it didnt cost me anything to mail it. Wow?! I use to always Tape my Packages and thought "they will tape it because they always do"! Terrible customer service!!
- ZZZincDec 30, 20252.0If your mail says it’s in Cedar Rapids, expect it to be delivered two or three days later because this facility is so extremely slow at sorting. Won’t even let you pick it up because they have to sort through it to be able to find it. Need to hire more people for a lot higher pay because it always seems like they’re short staffed.
- MKMatthew KizerDec 29, 20251.0The wait times at this location are ridiculous. I am loathe to put it all on staff (or lack thereof) but happy social hour is not when there are 17 people in line. It’s infuriating that I essentially cannot even hope to go there on my lunch half hour, and it only takes me 3 minutes to get there, leaving 24 minutes and that’s still not enough sometimes.
