Sent a payment in envelope with tracking to a friend going through chemo and it made its way to this main CR USPS branch where it vanished in transit, yet tracking shows it has never left this location. As of this review it was due for delivery 1.5 wks ago but im sure i could check tracking again 5 yrs from now and itll still be IN TRANSIT. Most likey a sticky finger employee snatched it and supplemented their income. Real classy USPS.

Payed extra to have a package delivered quickly they told me if the weather got bad there could be a delay. I obviously understand that but it hasn’t snowed in about two weeks from Texas to Cedar Rapids yet my package has taken 7 days and still hasn’t been delivered it arrived 5 days ago at the Cedar Rapids facility but hasn’t been moved at all. The delivery date just changes. Don’t waste your money on faster delivery it’s just a scam.

Came to get my passport and was very inexperienced at this and was even missing a document. Kat was more than helpful even with the computers not working, being busy, and me missing one piece of documentation. Thanks to her she made the process easy. Very thankful for all her help!

I came in while there were two other guests there. Only one worker out of the three up front was actually paying attention to guests and the other one who was half doing her job was VERY rude to the man in front of me while he was being serviced. It was my turn and I was SO polite and the white female with blond/light brown hair at the front was disgustingly rude and totally lacks customer care. If you are supposed to be working up front with actual customers don’t be a snobby entitled worker. That is a bad apple that is BAD for business.
