- DVDavid VeatchJan 3, 20261.0Had a package sent to the UPS Store. Received a "Proof of Delivery " from UPS. Went to pick it up and was told it's not there. Called their customer service and was told to check back in a couple of days. Not sure what has happened to them but they have gone way way down hill. Still have no idea where my package is!!!

It’s kinda crumby that I have to call and deal with attitude before I can come to retrieve my package. I called yesterday and upon finally grabbing the package all I got were eye rolls and poor attitude. It’s sad honestly the older gal and gentleman never have had any issues. But the new gals are downright awful to deal with. My package said delivered to this location. I arrive. “We don’t have your package come back Monday when a manager is here.” Are you kidding me?! Why are we letting people work who don’t know how to find a package even. No manager on hand. Definitely will be choosing a different place once they find my $150 package.
