Called their customer service and was told to check back in a couple of days. Not sure what has happened to them but they have gone way way down hill. Still have no idea where my package is!!!

Then i would have to rebox the already boxed parts. Never have i had issues here, now they have a younger generation girl who clearly doesnt want to do her job or know how

It’s kinda crumby that I have to call and deal with attitude before I can come to retrieve my package. I called yesterday and upon finally grabbing the package all I got were eye rolls and poor attitude. It’s sad honestly the older gal and gentleman never have had any issues. But the new gals are downright awful to deal with. My package said delivered to this location. I arrive. “We don’t have your package come back Monday when a manager is here.” Are you kidding me?! Why are we letting people work who don’t know how to find a package even. No manager on hand. Definitely will be choosing a different place once they find my $150 package.

I went to the one on Williams and what a difference, while they didn't have my package, they made one phone call and found out it was on 1st Ave. They went above and beyond and were the nicest people I have dealt with!
