Unfortunately, I didn't know this until I got here at 9 am so I parked the car and decide since I have to be on this side of town at ten I will just wait and watch a movie on my phone.I literally saw over just waiting 35 mins TEN people try to open the door and counting.

- BSBen SchmidtOct 28, 20251.0If I could leave less than a 1 star I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. Came in on Sunday to return something at 2:35 pm. They close at 3 pm so should still be open. Doors were locked yet someone was inside. Didn’t awnowledge me at all and no signs on door. After about 5 min I go to knock on window and employee just is yelling he’s going home. After I tell him you close at 3, he walks off in the back muttering who knows what under his breathe. Mind you this is 25 min before they close. Another 5 customers pull in over the next 5 minutes and one customer stated “this store always closes early or has problems”. So a total of 6 customers could not be helped. 100% worse customer service I have seen and I would fire that employee. Based on the reviews for this place and my experience I will never go to this location again.

That's understandable but posting that would have saved me the drive. Tried to call other location to verify they were open and was met with seemingly endless menu options none pertains to if they are open. Finally at the end It told me the wait time was 20 minutes to talk to a real person. Just for a simple question that I should not have had to ask.
