- TTTylerJan 2, 20263.0With a prepaid label on a box ready to go, I was told I had to wait in line. I don't have any issue waiting in line. My issue is with consistency of the rules. In the past, it's been fine to say I don't need a receipt and leave the package on the counter. The guy today that told me I had to wait in line was the same guy that last time asked me if I needed a receipt, and when I said no, he just took the package. He initiated the process of dropping it off and leaving and skipping the line. The other guy i asked just ignored me. I left. I recommend going to Pak mail. They are friendly. I got in and out. They also offer FedEx, DHL, and probably others. They even have boxes and packing material.

I asked to be polite if I could set the package at the open counter next which I’ve done many times. She rudely said no and I had to get in line with everyone else (those who needed a label). I confirmed that I had a label and she even more rudely told me to get in line. Would never go back to this location.
- IPIan PriceDec 21, 20251.0I visited this location on 12/20/25 to drop off a package with a pre-paid label. They were busy. I get it. I was told by the employee that I couldn’t just drop off the package - that I would have to wait in the line of people 15 deep. What a terrible policy.
