I don’t even care if you don’t smile but speaking is a must in customer service. Today I asked him if he was having a bad day after I witnessed him being extremely rude to everyone in front of me and throwing things around. He simply stared at me and said nothing. I get it we all have bad days, but he is this way every time I’ve encountered him. I’ll be paying extra to take my returns to UPS again. Staples do better.
