I stopped in over the weekend to pick up a couple things and was shocked by the appearance of the store and lack of items on the shelves, since I couldn't find what I needed I left and went to another store. I stopped back in yesterday 1/5/26 and the appearance was the same, boxes stacked all over the counter that once was customer service or computer repair, empty shelves and honestly it was filthy. The floors look as though they have not been vacuumed in some time, in fact the whole store appears to be going uncared for almost as if they are on the way to closing the doors. I only seen 2 employees, 1 on the register and 1 on Amazon (which had a line) but not one other employee anywhere. I don't know if lack of help is the issue or what but seeing this is really disappointment, I have never seen this store in such disarray. I hope whatever the problem is you can get it fixed as I prefer to shop Staples but if this continues I will go elsewhere.
