- SLSara LangfordJul 16, 20255.0Shout out to Darrell at this location! He was super helpful with tracking a package and getting it to me when 1-800-fedex was not at all. Package, 2 days after expected date made it to Cedar Rapids, then was routed to Madison. Half day online / on phone, getting hung up on by automated AI, trying to speak with real person at 1-800 only to finally get through and have customer service rep to tell me "its being tracked and at is destination location" not listening or understanding that Cedar Rapids and Madison are different states hours apart, that it had come to Iowa and left, scoffing at my frustration. Darrell listened to my issue and frustration, validated my concerns, got a hold of local distribution, found the truck it was on, local distribution contacted truck / Madison and within 5 hours it was on its way back to Cedar Rapids and on my door step within 18 hours of talking to him.

Every year, they have a quick turnaround, the print quality is top-notch, and the pricing is fair. I have no reason to go anywhere else for my printing needs.
