  Where do I even begin with how awful of a company this is! I should have known after going to Copyworks for the first time and everything was disorganized and nobody even knowing what I was talking about I should have diverted my business elsewhere. Instead silly me, I sat down with an employee and picked out everything I wanted and provided her with questions and she didn’t know 3/4ths of the answers and informed me she would get back to me. I said that was not an issue and the following day she called me although forgot to get ½ the questions I asked answered. Then I hadn’t heard from her for about a week so I went in to check on the status of where we were on getting the questions answered, she avoided me at all costs and another employee was starting to help me. I informed that said employee that I had previously stopped in and was still waiting on answers from about a week ago. So, the employee who was avoiding me actually couldn’t avoid me much longer. She then told me she didn’t get those answers as she forgot (I repeat FORGOT) about them. (How do you forget about a customer?) Shortly, after the visit I received the response to my questions and went through with the printing process. I requested a proof as this company doesn’t seem to have everything all together and was informed it would take about 3-5 business days to come in. I waited until end of business on the 5th day to follow up on it. I went in and was informed there was a miscommunication they only sent us a digital proof. Please note; I submitted them a digital proof, they provided me no further evidence that they were capable of producing what I requested. I asked to speak with a manager- she was absolutely unpleasant to work with. She tried to push everything off as if it was my fault and her faulty employee could only do so much for us. I waited and received the proof a couple days later which were off centered terribly. I requested them to have that adjusted and they informed me it indeed was! I went forward with it and said send to print, I then received 150 copies of the off centered piece of work that I requested to get fixed. Copyworks, did one good thing and caught it and requested it to be reprinted although, with the reprint it was off centered again and that was the best they could do. I asked to be refunded and this exact employee told me “I’ll talk with management on Monday and get back to you right away with the answer.” Monday, came and went so on Tuesday I reached out and asked when my refund would be sent through as that was a legitimate request. The employee told me the only way to accurately refund me is by receiving the misprint back. After, she informed me that there was nothing she could do. I needed these prints handed out prior to the Monday so there was no way to deliver these awfully misprinted items back. So, my best advice to anyone looking for a printing company -DON’T GO HERE!!
