I genuinely do not understand how anyone at this post office still has a job. They have to be completely incompetent. They are too lazy to deliver packages and will just mark them as available for pick up. They don’t even try. I have filed MULTIPLE complaints about this post office. And now they didn’t even mark my package as available for pickup. The put it as invalid address. Even though it was on my informed delivery! Which it could only be on if the address was correct. When I called the UDPS customer service to file ANOTHER complaint they verified the r address was correct. It had been changed from available for pickup to invalid for no apparent reason. I have a feeling this was in retaliation for the complaint I just filed last week. I’m so sick of getting “sorry, it was scanned into the wrong pile.” There is no way I could make the same mistake this many times at my job and still have a job. And I’m just one person. How many other people in this town don’t get their packages due to the incompetence and laziness of the employees at this post office? Absolutely ridiculous.

Lobby hours are so limited that if you don't work in town, you can never get there. I had a package delivered to the PO on a Tuesday morning and by Friday, it still had not made it in to a locker and I had gotten an email from the sender that if it wasn't picked up within two days, it would be returned to sender.

Horrible customer service! My mail has been returned to sender on multiple occasions even though it is addressed correctly to me. I have complained multiple times and NOTHING has been done about it.

They never use the parcel lockers for bigger packages. And the window hours are not convenient for anyone who works out of town.
