Ridiculous shipping costs because they would rather send your packages all across the country instead of directly to your home. They're making UPS look good. Oh, they now sent it BACK to Burlington!!! This is how stupid usps has become!! What a joke.

Worthless government services at display here. Maybe the incoming administration will cut the postal service, it's a shell of its former self and seems like a waste of tax dollars now.

Then I call to tell them and they still refuse to pick up my package cause they "don't have my address" on the list. I am pretty computer savvy, and for them to keep thinking this is my fault is unacceptable, JUST COME PICK UP MY PACKAGES!
