- PLPam LarsonJul 5, 20221.0Well, I use to think they were the most helpful group any where. But no more. Our good post man transferred and now their service has become small and petty. I sell on eBay, in order to get your packages picked up you have to fill our the post office's pick up form before people stop buying on eBay (they buy all night and eBay expects you to ship it the next day). So, I would put 2 packages down on their form, but by the time the post man showed up, I may have six. Has never been a problem in over 10 years of doing this. Until now. Had a stack of packages and mail waiting to be picked up and they only took two because when I submitted that I needed a pickup, I only had 2 but by the time they came to pick it up it was over six. They just left the four I hadn't added. This has never happened before. Went up and talked to Dave and he just said too bad, so sad, pretty much screw me. If you don't ship right away eBay can change your ability to sell, so this is a big deal. Plus, I have COPD and do not want to risk going to the post office and getting Covid. I guess we'll have to look into shipping with UPS or Fed Ex.

Most people understand but I was trying to send a care pack to a friend protecting our country overseas and the gal and other customers seemed to get annoyed. The whole process takes about 10 to 20 minutes due to papers for customs and filling out about another 5 forms! Definitely made me think twice about sending another package.
